Yeah, it is a conundrum. I'm playing with 'They Knew', so I occasionally find cures on zombies, which keeps the Knox Virus from being too much of a death sentence. I actually use that 0.2 extra fanny pack space for Zomdoxycycline - it's a 24 hour immunity to the virus that the mod adds, which I find more interesting than the cure itself.The first actual Knox infection zombie probably died of unrelated causes.
