The armorer in heirarch Square has best prices for armor in the main game. Hattori has best sword prices in the main game. Sell swords to blacksmiths and armor to armorers. Novigrad is a good place for swords. I usually sell to Hatori and you can sell armor in novigrad or crows perch.I can still talk to the armorer right beside him, but I can't even initiate a conversation with the blacksmith.
