UNP aims for a more realistic body shape, also you have more armor/clothes available with it, most if not all "lore-friendly" content is released for UNP. CBBE has more skimpy stuff but it looks better than UNPB if you want a curvy body. Actually not true. CBBE for example uses a very different texture map than vanilla.
