After 10 months of waiting, and at the suggestion of Super Arbor Customer Service, I canceled my order in October 2022. They said the refund would take 3-5 days. I have sent several emails and called the company and now, in May 2023, I am still waiting for my refund for the undelivered product. This should have been a simple matter to resolve.
