Bad: Personal experience ko lang with the therapist that got matched with me: they don't offer that deep of a conversation. They can't diagnose either, so they just offer basic advice that you can find anywhere yourself. Pero that's one therapist, I don't know with others. BetterHelp or any other authorized form of therapy is way more than no therapy. In my country I would love to find an online solution 10 years ago when I started my therapy. If you're looking for an online therapy solution but still unconvinced, you may want to try one of our competitors (look for example at Talkspace and Breakthrough) - they all work exclusively with licensed and credentialed therapists as well. r/mentalhealth.
