The size master a true collet adjustable sizer. With most SG cartridge Mfgr's using steel bases the Collet/sizer is a much better choice.

I know for sure we removed the 6 or 8 pre-crimp die and used only the flat washer in the 600Jr. That resulted in producing a factory like finish shell every time. They did offer a special paper die item #46 (part #100634P12) but never had one. It is imposable to duplicate 6 fold finish when using the 6 or 8 die!600 Jr (Pre 1982 & 1982 - 1985) Die Set. Look on Mec's website and download the manuals for the respective model you have. If it has a flat base plate and a silver sticker with the S/N then its a pre 82. If it has a slightly raised base plate and doesn't say mk.5 then its a 82-85. If it the base plate say's mk5 then it was after 85. Both have a grommet in the opening for each reservoir. I removed one and placed it in the shot reservoir on my Grabber machine. The bar sticks much less than before and works acceptably.BTW - published weights for bushings are an estimate based on a mythical "average grain size" always go by the actual weight it is throwing with your specific powder, in your loader, and adjust the bushing size accordingly.
