I put the top cover in place and torqued it down. My 2N set unused for a couple of years. I have got it running again. I drained out the hyddraulic fluid and put in new fluid. The first time I engaged the PTO and moved the hydraulic lever the lift arms came up. They came up slow, but they came up.
