I recently ran into this issue and was disappointed to read that there doesn't seem to be a solution by DirecTV (not surprising--their customer service has never been exceptional). Last night I sat on the phone for 60 minutes with someone from the "technical department" (verbatim from the agent).Finally got through via chat and they fixed the issue. Apparently they just needed to resynchronize my online account. Working fine now.The receiver in my bedroom is saying that the Location is Not Authorized all of a sudden. I have tried refreshing the receiver and turning the power off and it still gives me that message on my TV ...This TV does not have a receiver, it uses the internal RVU. Additionally, the DIRECTV STREAM app has your regular locals but the Roku is looking for different ones because it’s location is wrong.
