It doesn't get much easier than a classic gin and tonic! This recipe only calls for 2oz of Empress Gin, 4oz of tonic, and a squeeze of lime. Due to the pH of tonic water, the gin will slowly turn from a deep indigo to a light purple color as the tonic is poured in.
